Hello EVERYONE...!!!

Not to discourage everyone who already drive a NISSAN, but for future reference, NEVER BUY A NISSAN.

I have driven Nissan's for the past 10 years.
(1997 Pathfinder, 2000 Infiniti I30t, 2004 Titan SE KC, 2006 Infiniti M35x)

'97 Nissan pathfinder was GREAT! it was reliable and long lasting truck.

2000 I30t was okay.. it had few problems here and there...

2004 Titan is TERRIBLE!!! (I still have it) and the engine dies on hwy speed. The truck just shuts off whenever it feels like and NISSAN can't solve the problem. When the engine dies: i have no power steering and my ABS kicks in!!!! basically making it impossible for me to stop the 5000lbs truck! So I have to quickly shift it into NEUTRUAL and start the car while its rolling on the hwy.... THAT is un-heard of!!! I tried doing everything and until the warranty ran out they contiuned to replace parts (ECU, Throttle body etc), which did absoultly nothing, and when the warranty did ran out, they said they are not responsible anymore. They left me with the problem which started 3 months after I bought the truck. NEVER seen a vehicle with that many problems and that many recalls!!!
My truck continues to have the same problem, and sometimes it wont even start. it will crank but it wont start. FOB, FUEL PUMP, ETC... are all not the problem. ALL titan's are a LEMON!!! I have a friend who drives a INFINITI QX56 and he is experiencing the same problem.
also RECENTLY my SHIFT LOCK is acting up. it wont move from park.
It is the FIRST FULL SIZE PICK UP TRUCK that NISSAN has ever made, and they suck big time. HAS ANYONE SEEN A TOYOTA TUNDRA having these problems? (I think NOT!!!)

My 2006 M35x has a numerous PROBLEMS!!! Lucky that the warranty on INFINITI'S are longer...

Every since NISSAN changed there design & support team back in 2002, all there cars are garbage. it is not the top 3 vehicle any more. and we never see nissan receiving awards or on the cover page of the magazines anymore.
NISSAN TITAN is an AMERICAN TRUCK.. not MADE IN JAPAN....it is MADE IN USA.

if your having all these problems with Nissan vehicles, why do you keep buying them? I'm on my 2nd Titan and no problems. Every car that I owned had their share of issues. Nothing is perfect in this world, try being an aircraft mechanic, aircraft have the same problems but you just dont know about it.

I am on my 12th Nissan and this weekend I may buy a new truck (if it doesn't snow) and truck #13 will too be a NISSAN. There, now I feel better

There is a such thing as a lemon law. You should have kept your records and exercised your rights. This is my second Nissan and I think that they both have been great. Sorry to hear that you have had such bad luck but one apple shouldn't spoil the whole bunch.

YES!!!!!!! Even "mighty" Toyota has their share of problems. My wife drives an 07 ES350 and it has already had some issues with the tranny and brakes.

You will have a very hard time convincing people on this board that all Titans are lemons. Regardless of your post my next vehicle very well may be a Nissan or an Infiniti. I doubt that you have swayed a single person not to buy a Nissan.

I'm on my 7th Nissan/Infiniti...the only problem I've ever had with any of them is the brakes on my current QX56 which the dealer promptly fixed.

Meathead...My brother just had to have his RX300 engine rebuilt because of the sludge problem they had in the early 2000's with their V6 across Lexus and Toyota. Luckily because of the class action lawsuit it didn't cost him a cent.

lol, I had an 04 f-250 before my titan, "liked" the thing but to me it was to much of a road hogger, just to big for my taste and started having some elect. problems at only 77k miles, didnt know much about nissan untill my uncle told me his friend had one and it was real strong and what not, test drove one and loved it, feels much more comfortable, also test drove my friends 04 or 05 chevy 1500, just not my type. Im stickin with the nissan family!!
