What wheels do you have? I really like them...

Got bad news haha, the 35x12.5x18 won't fit on my stock wheels so now I am having to look an new wheels too.

I know 275-60/65-18 would look dumb on a 6" lift... even if they were Trail graps.
thx....They are Fuel Hostages

35x12.5 will fit on a stock 18. I'm about to actually do it in a month or so.

They do fit but…….......
Plenty of people run this setup (I did shortly)
They look great ........
Likely more sidewall flex since rated/designed for wider wheel so theoretically greater chance of blow out or tire roll during hard turns.

Ill be curious what the experts on here say about that.
Also curious if the tire pressure would be too low to keep it from having center wear????

Running stock rims is the easiest way to not rub. I've never heard anyone say don't run 35's on 18" stock rims. My jeep buddies run 37's on 17" rims, one runs 35's on 15" rims.

PaPro, I agree with regarding rim diameter but my points are purely revolving around rim width.
Likely those guys had very small diameter and much wider rim width than our 8 inch wide stockers.

Also, not sure about this, but don't the jeepers with the huge tires commonly have those bolt on guards on the outside of the wheel to keep the tires from rolling off the wheels.

I am far from any authority on this topic. I look forward to learning about this.

If you mean a rockring or beadlock, no. None of my buddies have those. And width works fine with a 12.5, so a 35x12.5 is good to go.

Goodkill365 had motometal 17" rims with 37's and does a lot of off roading. I don't think those are much wider rims than stock, if they are even wider than stock, and he had no issues.

Cool.....cool

I've been told by several wheel/tire places they will not come close to fitting... please let me know how they work out.

Thanks for the info rbt...
What did they mean by fitting? On the truck or rim? 3" of lift on my truck, a 12' Pro4, will clear a 35" tire with mud flap removal and stock rims. I've seen guys on here with stock rims and 35" tires.

I would like more input on this.... I would like to run 35-12.5-18 on my stock 18" wheels that are only 8" width.
What problems would occur with:

1) Just a leveling kit
&
2) 6" PC lift / 4" Rancho lift

Thanks for all the helpful info guys!

Edit: Just saw I might have to remove mud flaps with 35's?

Ok, so I can buy a leveling kit, remove my mud flaps, and run 35's on stock wheels?
If by leveling kit you mean something like the Rough Country 3" kit or the PRG 3" mini lift then yes you can. A simple 1.5" leveling kit will not clear a 35" tire. The one listed in my mods link in my sig is technically a leveling kit, but achieves 3" of lift and levels the truck. Stock rims will be fine, matter of fact they'll be perfect to prevent rubbing. Remove the flaps. Good to go. You may need to trim the pinch weld but every truck is different. The PWM isn't a big deal and a lot of people have done it.

So use this kit: 3in Leveling Lift Kit for 04-12 Nissan Titan [862] | Rough Country Suspension Systems and remove mud flaps?

Yes that kit. I also recommend the 1.5" rear blocks also. Here is another thread to help. He cleared 35's.

Titan Pro 4X Rough Country 3 inch suspension lift kit review! - Nissan Titan Forum
Rough Country recommends that I only use the rear 1.5 blocks of I still want to have a rake to the stance, which I do not. I want it completely level.

Is this true or do I need the 1.5 block? Also, they could not verify this kit works with the 2013 PRO-4X as they have not tested the 13-14 trucks yet.
Looks like all I got is a new tailgate, badges, and slight interior redesign...should be good right?

It'll be fine and my 2012 Pro4 only has about 1/4" rake in the rear with the 1.5" block. It should work no problem, nothing has really changed over the years to make this not fit. I would measure your fender heights and add 3" to the front. From there judge how much to level the rear with a block.

I thought all the 2014s come with a zombie killer toggle.....no?

Why do they tell me I do not need the block?

I believe you, but they are being contrary. I can't even find the blocks on their website?? (imagine that right? lol)
