Good morning all

Been reading this site for a while and all the info has been amazing and helped me with a lot of jobs on my Armada.

I replaced the CV Axle the other day and noticed movement in the half shaft flange. I gave it a light tap and it seemed to go back in, but now it is all back together there is still movement and think this is the cause of knocking while driving on rough roads. I only have to hit it with my hand to get movement,

Any help would be great. Thank you

Good morning

It is the 2004 Pathfinder Armada. Are the clips easy to do, as don't have the cash to put new diff on.

Thank you for your reply
Just pull the axles and install the updated new clips. Not hard at all. Most of the time these clips solve the issue. Sometimes a new diff is needed. The new diff can be found online used for under $500 at times. Glad to help!
