So stoked about this Fab 4 ranch-hand style bumper. It is almost overpowering the whole truck. Weighs about 300 pds LoL (not really sure on that but it's heavy). Definitely gotta level her out next. Just starting the mod movement. Kept her stock the past 7 years. It's behind the fence at my friends body shop. Happen to see it finished on the way home. I think he's advertising it
Here's a link for it.

I had the same bumper, and sold it after 6 months or so. It weighs roughly 180 lbs, but its all the way at the front of the truck, and you can feel the difference with it on, especially in handling. I didn't like the way the truck dug in around corners, all other driving was okay tho. I found that the bumper is just too heavy for the truck, even though the truck is heavy, its no F350, which would carry a bumper of this size much better IMO.

On a positive note, people usually won't pull out in front of you with a deer plow like that on your truck. And...deer will bounce off leaving your sheet metal unscathed.

Hope you end up liking it. I know they aren't cheap.

Here is a couple pics of the same front end replacement that I had on mine. The KC is a 2008.5 that I sold for the 2014...it has more doors to accomodate car seats...I miss that truck. The bumper of the front of the 2008.5 is a custom job from BLO, Blue Lake Offroad, which are no longer in business I think. Another company makes a similar design, fully customizable TAG, Tactical Armor Group, or something like that. The BLO was much better. Heavier duty with thicker materials and didnt' stick out as far. The only thing I didn't like about it was it required you cut out the front cross member, and replaced it with the bumper...

now you need like 8" of lift and some -44 offset wheels on 37's to make the bumper proportional

That BLO looks great! I couldn't find anything with the whole package any less bulkier:(( that whole digging in thing u mentioned really has me hesitant now bc I'm in some gnarly stuff and that's the last thing I need. But we'll see. The newer model titans are nice but too shiny for me. I hear ya on the doors man,I got a little here now and glad I had my 4 door already. Thanks for the info.

Needs to be aligned to close the gaps between the bumper and the body panels. It's a little bit of a pain, but the mounts come with loads of adjustability. Floor jack and a buddy shouldn't take too long...

I guess I'll let body shop know. If I am able to do it (I'm disabled) with a buddy. What would I need to do?

Loosen the bolts that mount the bumper to the brackets put a floor jack under it to get the bumper aligned, your buddy to check and make sure it's lined up and tighten it all up

That's a beast of a bumper

That's awesome you're back on your feet! What the heck did you do to yourself, if you don't mind me asking?

Thx man! Im super stoked about it. I need to flush it up like @danman said. Would like to at least level or get the easy 3" and an offset goin to. She sat for awhile and has some issues going on that need addressing from some mudding I was doing way back that I never got to. I don't really mind. Wouldn't mind folks on forum knowing a little so they know I try and do as much as I can when I can on my own and that I'm not just shy of grease hahaha
I was shot. Twice maybe more.. Once we know in the abdomen by a .22 (could have been another one or two rounds but just were unsure bc the round breaks up so bad) and the entry wounds r so small. And once in the back by a .45 that severely damaged my spine and spinal chord. That one is still in there along with quite a few other fragments from the rounds that they just couldn't get to. No,I'm not a soldier (I get that all the time) but I wish I was bc at least that way it would've been for something. There was a robbery and the people and I held up had nowhere to go. The guys that did it raised their guns to shoot so I bum rushed the first guy closest to me. He shot me in the abdomen (and possibly more) as I went towards him and we fought and I ended up on top of him then the second guy with the .45 shot me in the back. Everyone else managed to escape so that's good. I'm blessed to be here to say the least. I have a 14 month old son too and he's my huntin buddy and loves the truck. My wife was 3 months pregnant when it happened. Long story but might as well get it all out there in one response. Also, they never caught the guys. The end. Haha

Damn dude. That is a story, good thing you're still around to provide and care for your youngins. If I were closer, I'd help you with your bumper alignment, since I've done it a few times...

Dang....you sir have balls of steel and I'm sure those people wouldn't have been as fortunate to get away if you hadn't stepped up! Your son definitely has a good story to tell about his old man when he gets older! :)

I'm in Florida too but in Sarasota area so I'm middle of he state lol

Do you notice a difference in handling with the extra weight of that bumper up front?

Ha!! Thx man. I hope they're steal! Otherwise they'd just be little and lite
Glad to see there's another Fla Rep up in here. You know the terrain too then. Lot sandier down there tho, right? I have noticed a bit of a difference but I haven't really been able to really break er in bc my radiator and drivetrain are giving me issues and I'm waiting to get that taken care of. I'll be able to resubmit and get it filed under same claim so insurance will be able to cover it too hopefully. I will definitely be letting you know then tho for sure.

Yup, sugar sand or mud are all I have down here. ******* Yacht Club was just up the road from me, which is just huge mud pits and a few trails

@mtcross u should come up some time and check out the limestone and Georgia clay. I should def try to organize something at my place sometime for a Titan group. Get the tractor out there for pulling out. Make a track or something... hmm

Haha that would be awesome. I would definitely need the tractor right now.

I need to lower the front of mine a little so I can put my CVs back in. I can't stomach paying $2500 for high angle CVs ☹
