Looks like AFE Power has come out w/ a Power Combo for the Cummins Titan XD!!!

It includes their: Momentum HD CAI Kit / Scorcher HD Modular Programmer Tuner / Large Bore HD 5" DPF-Back Stainless Steel Exhaust System w/ 6" Tip.

I haven't read all the details, but it advertises a 100+ ft/lbs TQ / 60+ HP & 20% Air Flow Increase on the Intake Side & a 65% Increase in Exhaust Flow!

Sounds like it might be good jump off point for some added power?

dpf back exhausts are a huge waste of money, its a glorified overpriced tail pipe lol.
