Welcome. Depending on the miles that your (new) Titan has, I might recommend rebuilding the rear end while you're dedicating the time and work to the front.

It has 132,000 miles ended up paying $3900 USD, front transfer case is new rebuild 10 months ago and so is the rear about a year old
Umm here's pics of the project hope I got a good deal not sure what it's worth my guess is $8000-$9000

If I got everything properly, then the following was the KBB Results.
FAIR: $6,186 - $9,267
GOOD: $7,108 - $10,257

So you're right around that range with what you think it's worth. FAIR is going to be the lowest value based on the damage on the front bumper. This was priced with a standard package.

IF the diff was already rebuilt, then you should be set for a while - depending on what they rebuilt it with.
What are your plans on mods?

It is fully loaded minus navigation to my knowledge and pets pricing I found all parts for $700

No mods it does have a Nismo intake and aftermarket exhaust
I prefer usually stock that's me tho
