I am pumped!! About a week away from getting my JBA system from Stillen...and my Injen CAI will be close behind. I heard that both these systems are realitively easy to install. Does anyone have any tips on problems I may come across?

What about JBA headers....are they worth the $$ and will I need a new exhaust system if I decide to install headers in the future?

I have the JBA exhaust and the Injen CAI. Nice choice  Both are an easy install, but I would recommend tac-welding the slip joints on the exhaust just to be safe.

Do you know of anyone with the JBA headers? My bro is pushing me to get them...but he is a Ford guy...I just tell him maybe the Ford NEEDS them....lol

I hope these systems work well...I did a lot of research on this site and the baddest truck were running this system so I thought I couldn't go wrong....

So true....The stainless steel muffler clamps that the exhaust comes with wont cut it (the pieces were still loose, especially the tail end)...I had mine tac welded after the install...You can also opt to use muffler band clamps if you dont want it welded. Congrats :haveredfl

I installed my JBA last week and had to get it tack welded also. One thing I did notice though: At the place that did the welding, I had the guy use an impact wrench on the u-bolts and the system tightened down really snug.Arm strength probably is not going to do the trick. Safest bet is to get it welded when you are done.
