...but for my buddys F-250 SD...
The brackets were welded and mounted last week, that's why the light rust. We fabbed the custom light mounts today to complete it for Monday powder coating.
My friend was kind enough to have me do all the welding...He knows I'm a welding snob which means no MIG welding...
I included a quick picture of the garage...

That looks awesome. I have been looking around for something like that for the titan. it looks like it can take a nice hit without crumpling like newspaper. good work.

All that nice work just for a Ford...:ftard:

I've been TIG welding since the mid 80's...building race cars and trucks...

And yes it takes lots of practice...

loufish, I saw your post in the brush guard discousion. I assume you made the one on the titan. I am going to have my brother make one, just a couple of questions. What size and bar material did you use. What where your mounting points? Thanks

Actually that bar was designed and built by Defiant Truck Products and was one of the first prototypes from them for a Titan:
http://www.defianttruckproducts.com/display_part.php?prt=105

The Defiant bar has mounts that are behind the bumper, and yes you can install them without removing the bumper...Mine is removed for other reasons...
