new lock for bedside storage

Anyone have a problem with their locking mechanism? Mine is toast. I had it repaired once by a locksmith but its not working again. Would probably be best to just replace the whole mechanism and handle. Any part numbers would be appreciated. I saw a diagram of the box a while back but it didn't show the lock.
