I'm super STOKED!!!! :redblob"

All 4 of my passes today were faster than my previous PB! :hat:

1st Pass: 13.665 @ 98.45 (10:35am)
2nd Pass: 13.812 @ 97.55 (10:45am)
3rd Pass: 13.762 @ 97.91 (1:08pm)
4th Pass: 13.845 @ 97.45 (1:59pm)

On my last pass i annihilated a G8!!! Left him @ the tree & never saw him again till after the finish line! ;)

I picked up 2mph since the last time out a couple weeks ago!!! All i did was remove the tailpipe section of my exhaust! Running the Borla XR1 outlet wide open!

Thanks to Beachside321 for coming out & joining me! He ran some good times also!

Sh!t congrats to both Chris and Jason!! You guys are cooking. I got all excited when I saw that Chris had a 13.66 on his sig and than I saw the same on Jasons sig.

Chris, you need to just raise your rpms just a few hundred like Jason did to hold 3rd until you cross the traps. Doing that and getting rid of the HF cats would prolly gain you a bit more et and speed.
He is good on the RPM just needs taller tire.....28 with his gear will be perfect!!! jason really doesnt have a choice with his gearing being 3.36 he needs a 32

Agreed but until he gets them, he should try raising it and see if his times change any. Trying never hurts and 200 rpm wont hurt anything either. Have you had any new PB Mike? Im not in the loop since Afghanistan is keeping me away from my forum updates lol

None yet bro, still just waiting to hit the track..We had a track day setup last weekend but it got rained out, so it got moved to the 8th of dec....If it stays clear it will be the best DA i have ever ran in by far, maybe even -DA weather!!! Might be cool enough to go after the all motor record

Hell yeah man, I wish you the best of luck. If you do get a new PB, post it on my Jpac vs Ofive thread so I can see it quickly. I dont have much time to get on the forums but tonight they are taking it easy on us.

PS: Now we need to go with full mandrel bent 2.5/3 exhaust setup and squeeze out another .1:)

PPS: I'm actually thinking of ditching the aerochamber for the Borla XR-1. Getting tired of the raspy noise at 1800 rpm's.
If you are going to that effort atleast get yourself a true merge Y and reverse cone tailored to your application from Burns stainless. I have a feeling the right setup will be worth 2-3 tenths compared to a crush bent setup with a badly designed Y.

As for the DA that Deerslayer mentioned, I wish I were able to get on on a well prep'd track right this very moment. It is -885 DA outside and only 42*F. I just managed a 5.52s 0-60!!!

I remember Papa_D had a Dr. Gas Y-Collector on his T.

They are REALLY nice!!!
Dr. Gas Exhaust - Store - Curved Inlet Y-Pipe Merge Collectors

Yep, i plan on swapping out the crush bent with mandrel & a 2.5" Y w/ the Borla XR1 dumped.
Great runs! PBs are the greatest moments ever when everything comes together.

Ordering my JBA LT headers, flowmaster 2.5-3"y and borla muffler tomorrow. Soooo stoked to get it all together and get back to the track. Still have to save for B pipes and welding it all together, but it's finally coming together.

Better get ready for TruTrac. I know I am at the point of needing it myself.

i think switching to the 2.5 pipes will give you better on top and at least .1 and mph better in the quarter. That 90mm TB and Nismo LT's need to breathe more

Speaking of breathing better, this little guy showed up on my doorstep today. First piece of my complete exhaust puzzle

JBA LT's, 2.5" catless cajuns and Flowmaster 2.5-3" Y are on the way

CONGRATS!!!!! :hat:

They aren't the prettiest mufflers, but they sound & perform ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!!!!!!! :eyebrow::coolsmile

My Track Setup: (still need a hanger on the rear of muffler & a turndown)

Full Street Trim: (Banks Tailpipe Section & Banks Monster Tip)

Next mod is getting my 2.25"-3" Y swapped to a 2.5"-3" Y & Mandrel Bent Piping from B-Pipes to Y-Pipe to replace the "crush bent" crap! ;)

I'm thinking about having my tailpipe section clamped on as well rather than welded so I can take it off at the track, just like you did a few weeks ago. Not too sure though, because I plan on running my exit just before the rear tire, so there will only be one ~ 60* bend after the muffler, which shouldn't restrict it too much.

Yea i like that a lot!!!

Its kinda nice being able to to just un-bolt the tailpipe section & take it off @ the track! :eyebrow:

Hey g what was your 60' on you latest PB?
Are any of the guys who frequent the track running a 2.25 straight through b-pipe with headers and Uprev?
Hey g what was your 60' on you latest PB?
On my latest PB my 60' was 1.911!

Here's the DT Page:

I'm running the Berks which are 2.25", but they have the Magnaflow Hi-Flow Cats in them.

I really want to try a set of 2.25" or 2.5" Straight-Through Cajuns!!!!!!!!!!

I would love to do some performance testing between a few different B-Pipe Setups!!!!

Swap them out @ the track & do back to back runs with each one & see what the results would be?
