Looks great. I got a smoke 4x4 also, but in KC. I spent all of Saturday detailing it, clay bar, sealant, wax.... so she's looking good right now.

How did you do your tag bracket? I want to put on a front tag, but haven't yet decided to drill the holes in the skid plate for the factory bracket.

Thanks...

i used a piece of 1" aluminum angle and drilled up into the metal part of the bumper and used some locking license bolts to hold it on for security purposes. its very rigid.

I like it, I was trying to determine how to mount a tag w/o drilling into the skid plate, and just never got down low enough to look up to that point. Did you use the existing holes (w/ plastic plug) to mount the angle? I'll be making a trip to LOWES shortly for the supplies.

Thanks!!!!

no, actually i did not use the existing holes. i did, however, remove the center plug so that my fabbed bracket would be flush. the hardest part was making sure that when i drilled thru the plastic that i also was drilling thru the metal bumper. the back upper lip of that bumper is not straight across. included is a pic of the front bumper assy. the red arrows point to the metal "tabs" are also on the top. these tabs are what the plastic plugs go into. you will have to find a spot that you can drill into the metal too.

i think that i used a standard screwdriver to wedge a little wiggle room and then some needle-nose pliers on the top. cant remember exactly how they looked when they came out, although, i do remember thinking that they looked a little different then i thought they would. a little mirror helps out A LOT to see what you are doing.
