Just picked up my 17 PRO 4X and I have to say I absolutely love this thing coming from a 15 F150. Taking it in Thursday to get the front clear bra put on. Does any one have a bug shield? I kind of want one as I drive a lot and have a serious issue with the hood getting dinged up. Also anyone running a level kit yet? Vehicle Car Wheel Subcompact car Minivan

expect the same issues as the first gen titan if you run too tall of a leveling kit...ie coil bucket contact.

thats a nice looking pro4x.

I asked Rough Country about a leveling kit for the 2017 Pro 4X (They make one for the 2017 Titan)and this is what they sent me back.

When installed on the Pro 4X it binds up the CV axles and causes alignment issues.
We will not be doing one for the Pro 4X.

I think I'm just going to figure out the largest size tire I can fit on the stock rims (I like them) and see if someone comes out with something.
Anybody know the largest tire size without any rub for the stock rim?

Is it because of the bilstein shock? I'm not exactly sure what's more different on the front of a normal 4x4. That's kind of a bummer. I wonder is they will make some adjustable bilsteins in the near future.

they sit taller because of the stiffer spring rate. a 1.5" kit will work fine. Anything more then that you need aftermarket upper control arms. Its the same suspension setup as the 1st gen titan.

I would honestly think a 1.5 would be just enough. It almost sits pretty level as it is, I would just rather it sit perfect.

I have a '17 SV 4x4 and looked into the 2" RC kit they have available. I measured my front from ground to fender at 36.5" and the rear was 38". Therefore, if I installed a 2" raise it will be squatting by about 0.5" supposedly which is not the look I'm going for. So I called RC and their only answer was that I wouldn't notice it but its not the point. They advertise it to be at true level which is false. Should I leave it alone or get it installed to fit bigger wheels/tires? I'm not aware of any other kits available for it on the market yet. Any thoughts?

There's a guy in the 2nd gen pic thread that put a RC Level on I believe. It's a silver Titan with black wheels, I can't think of his name. He might be able to help on how much it truly raised his front end.

I'm in the same spot. Just picked up my truck Saturday and already trying to figure out what will fit.

Do you guys think just changing to a BFG type tire that's more squared off will fit the stock setup without rubbing?

Depends on how much bigger you go. I've talked to every lift/level manufacturer and they all say they have no plans for a level for the Pro 4X model except for readylift. The gentleman I spoke to said they were currently working on one.

For now I'm thinking staying stock size or up one width. There isn't much room at all.

I'm running 275/70/18 BFG's on my '17 SV 4x4 which I'm pretty sure has lower ground clearance than the Pro4x and I'm not rubbing. I'm pretty sure you could go up one size both height and width and be fine.

I bought a Weather Tech bug guard and it didn't fit. I called there support number and they pulled the part from there website. They sent me a return label and credited me for the freight. I'm also thinking about the 3M coating too as my front end is already starting to get peppered up.

seems to me if you have aftermarket UCA and it's same suspension as gen 1 can use any kit like PRG or RC pro4x difference is Stiller spring so CBC with a level of no aftermarket arms. Btw sick pro4x I'm looking at getting one as well working out the details right now
