Hawk pads showed up today and the slotted frozen rear rotors should be here Friday. Can't wait to slow this beast down better.

Should go ahead and do parking brakes while you are in there as they are prone to de-laminating and coming apart. And then hope they don't squeal like son of ***** afterwards like mine do. About ready to rip them out and put in different parking pads again.

I'm running Powerstops with Pepboys (cheapest I could find) parking brakes because Amazon sent me the wrong Powerstop parking brake pads so I was in a crunch. Amazing how quickly the truck stops now, I've actually made myself sick stopping so quick.

Going to be a busy weekend, on top of new rear stoppers going on hopefully plugs, belt, oil, ac blower wheel, and 10"JL sub and amp

Those seem like very expensive brake components. Have you used the frozen products before?

Never used frozen stuff before, but they come highly recommend.

I have the big brake upgrade on mine and they are way better than the stock crap I had before that.

Yup, they are pricey. I wasnt crazy about paying that much but after my second set of warped rotors happened after about 5k miles I decided it was worth a try. Someone did a write up where you can use some of the Armada parts to lessen the cost of the big brake upgrade. Wish I would have seen that prior to doing mine.

Done with rear rotors and pads and the difference in night and day. Feels like the truck is actually stopping instead f just trying to slow it down
