I would like to hear some options on a new stero for my 07 crew cab SE? And does an 08 Nissan Titan touch screen stereo work in an o8?

I just bought a Pioneer AVIC-X930BT double DIN NAV unit, not in yet though!
To add an OEM touch screen would be very involved and expensive. You are better off going aftermarket.
