Each bulb consists of a 5x 2 LED array using CREE's latest generation X-Lamp series. These LEDs pack a very big punch in a small package, with excellent luminous efficiency, and amazing advancement in thermal transfer. There are 4 arrays around the sides and one array on top behind a planoconvex focusing lens.

Each bulb totals more than 850 Lumen of light output. That's almost four times the output of the stock T15/921 bulb they replace.

Would these bulbs also fit in the tailgate light locations?

On some Titans, there is are lights built into the tail lights that are revealed when the tailgate is lowered. These lights come on when the bed lights are lit. The stock bulb is a 921. I believe that's the same bulb used as the reverse light.

Excellent question! Yes, they would be the very same fitment bulb. They will also fit the cargo lamps up by the third brake lamp.
