There is a new Titan article that just came out. It is the new issue of Off-Road Adventures. It is called the Nissan Titan Test “Clash of the Titan". Overall pretty good article. Still I think some writers are leery of really telling how great the Titan is. This is a positive article. The only thing I had trouble with was a statement about the engine. It said it grinds out 379 pound-feet of torque at 3600 RPM, with 90 percent of maximum torque available at 2500 revs. While it's not quite a Hemi, this new V8 gets the Titan to move out nicely, with amazingly low noise levels to boot. HMM not quite a Hemi. Thank Goodness in my book. They even mentioned about Ford changing their towing ratings after Nissan posted theirs!! You might want to pick up the magazine or I could scan the article in and post if I knew how??? It is rainy and snowing so no chance to clean up the new truck but I may just post a picture of it sitting in the garage before the clean-up for everyone. Thanks for the nice comments about me getting my truck. :)

Anyone want to post a poll as to how soon Titan21 gets a speeding ticket. :jester:

Keep up the good work for those of us who have kids and can't do the racing thing ...while the wife and kids are with us. :coolsmile

Every single day I take my Z out, I have to deal with those little bastards. I've since stopped racing them because it's a waste of time to race another vehicle that is 3 seconds slower than you are.

I know what you mean TTZ. Every time I take out our Mustang (2000 GT covertible) EVERYONE wants to jump ahead when the light turns green! This isn't just the punk kids with the fart pipes on their old Honda CRXs, but guys in Grand Cherokees and diesel pickups...
Now our mustang is stock (for now), so I know it isn't the fastest car in the world, but does someone in a 5,000 lb Toyota Tundra really think they can beat a car that weighs that much less and puts out 20 more hp?! I mostly just ignore them for safety reasons and fear of a ticket. Although, once in a while, someone is just obnoxious enough...

The Chase is on!!

But Nissan North America Inc. reported a 46-percent sales increase last month over a year ago, thanks largely to its new full-size trucks. American Honda reported a healthy 7.1-percent increase in sales as well, as Toyota, Nissan and Honda continued to benefit from combination of strong truck and car sales.
