I recently had a accident in my Ford Ranger and totaled it. In fact, I'm very lucky to be alive.

I have some cuts (back of my hands and top of my head that also had some abrasions) and bruises (lots of them, mostly on the left side of my body), a minor concussion but the worst pain comes from the cartilage between my ribs and sternum. I spent only two days and one night in the hospital.

ANYway, I've always liked the looks of the Titan and Nissan has a pretty good reliability record, so I decided now was a good time to upgrade. I just purchased a 2008 LE. I'm looking forward to seeing what mods and options are popular as well as receiving advice, tips and suggestions as well as hopefully sharing whatever I can. Thanks for having me.

Some pictures of the accident.

In the picture below, you see my Broncos cap on the ground? That's about where my head was trapped. Looking straight up and then to the left where the windshield is, that's where my ankles were trapped. Yup, I was trapped upside down with my chin pressed down to my chest. I am still in the cab in this picture.

I live off 57th, I can see the Tea/Ellis road from my back yard. When did the accident happen? Not sure how you managed to survive that, somebody was looking over you for sure! There is also a Titantalk facebook page where many of us are active too

When did the accident happen? Not sure how you managed to survive that, somebody was looking over you for sure!

April 12th @ about 7:45 a.m. I left work and got on I229 from Rice street heading South. The accident happened just before 10th street. No idea how I got out alive let alone no serious injuries. Seat belt, air bags and a TON of luck helped.

Insurance companies are so quick to total perfectly good vehicles these days... Seriously... that'll buff out. It's just a scratch... :clap:
