Hello,

I just bought a completely stock 2007 Nissan Titan. It is the base model with 4 full doors. I know every company calls that body style something different but I believe it is a crew cab in the Nissan world. Its brown/beige (no idea the color codes yet) and has 150k miles on it.

I am a petrol head. I have a pretty worked up 2010 Mazdaspeed3 and am very active in that community/forums as well as a 94 mustang gt that I am building with my dad. I bought this truck to replace my beat to death 98 Isuzu Rodeo. I plan to use this truck for hunting, camping, 4 wheeling, and daily driving as I really need a vehicle that can pass emissions in Denver.

My plans for the truck are to lift it, 35s, and possibly some bar/bumper work. I do not know much about the platform or full size trucks in general but have decent knowledge of smaller 4x4's like jeeps and toyotas. I have already ran into something new with the suspension as I am used to throwing in springs and longer struts to lift vehicles but it looks like bracket lifts are a bit different.

Any information or links to good threads or ideas are greatly appreciated. I have been spending a lot of time of PRG's website and it seems to have some really good information about the different lifts available.

My baby...

With Colorado's bipolar weather it looks like I'll be using 4x4 to get into work tomorrow.

Turns out you won't need 4WD this morning. Nice truck, and welcome to the boards.

So it appears posts from my phone/tapatalk do not show properly on the actual forum. I did add a couple of photos. One of my Mazda too.

At least this storm is actually dropping some snow. Already got to get out and play a bit.

I did go over the vehicle in detail today too. I found 3 oil leaks. Both pcv valves were completely clogged and oil was leaking out of them on top of the valve cover. Both of the hoses going from the pcv to the IM were cracked and rock hard. The other was the drain plug was missing a o-ring. But I did notice some soot on the block right above the passenger side manifold... and a slight exhaust leak noise in the engine bay when you turn it on inside a garage. I need to check further but it would appear I may need a manifold.

Mastermind, welcome to the forum. '07 was a good year for the Titan. Don't lift it too much, the axle shafts will come out of the differential. At 96K my '07 has zero oil leaks from the engine.

I'm in Castle Rock for another week or so but am moving to arvada!

My goal for the lift is to make it better for 4 wheeling. I did a ton of wheeling with my rodeo but I'm not too sure how a full size truck will fare. It looks like the rear will fit 35s without lifting it but the front will need some lift.

I'm oil leak free now too. I've never seen pcv valve leak like this before.

Some good coilovers an upper control arms you can fit some meaty 33s or trim for 35s an ride will be much better off-road. Better call up Cajun to fix the manifolds cause the factory replacements wills crack again an bumpers a few options I have an Arb an love it. Good luck a nice rig welcome to TT.

My rig with arb an leveled with coilovers. Just an idea so you see how it looks on the truck.
That is exactly what I'm looking for! Your truck looks awesome.

I will have to call cajun. In two years I won't have to worry about failing emissions due to cels, just sniffer test. Right now I need to pass cels and readiness check so I will need to talk to them.

I messaged him on his site, phone call and email within a couple hours to let me know he was heading out of town until next week but still answered all my questions. So far so good!
