Hello everyone! New to Titans here. Bought a 2011 Titan SV King Cab about two months ago, and let me tell you. I love this truck. This is the first truck I've ever owned, and just wow. This thing is awesome. All the things my wife and I couldn't do with our little crossover can be done now. Already taken a camper out for a ride to get my wife who hates the outdoors...well, outdoors. It exceeded my expectations compared to my experience with my grandpa's F-150.

Found y'all through a couple of different searches and thought I'd join in the fun. I'm new to owning a truck, let alone a titan. From what I've seen, I couldn't find a better group to jump in with for me and my new(ish) Titan.

I do have some questions/issues that have recently shown up in the last week.

Like my truck isn't blowing hot air, which in south texas isn't an issue...except for de-fogging my windows in the morning.

I broke the hell out of the cup-holder in the lower center. Having trouble finding a replacement and how to do it.

And the part where my tailgate connects to the side broke on the driver side, so if I don't lower it slowly, it dangles. I was able to reset it, but it will happen again. There's a chunk missing.

Excited to meet you all!

First are foremost, welcome to Titan Talk and welcome to being a Titan owner! As someone who has grown up with Fords, I can honestly say that Nissan will win you over.

In regards to your lack of hot-air issue, I had something similar happen to me and what it boiled down to was replacing the actuator and the Temperature Control Module for the A/C. That solved my issue and has remained solved for some time now.
Do you run dual A/C or is your Titan rolling the standard A/C package?

i had heater issue this year similar to what you describe, where the little flange in the engine that opens / closes the heater port broke.
under $200 after labor at my local mechanic

also if the cup holder u refer to is like mine that swings down, below the stereo, mine has been broke for six years. i got some 3m velcro to keep it shut and i havent opened it since - i have bench seats and use the cupholder in the fold down console seat

welcome aboard!! with a little TLC the titan will guve you many miles!
