I need to replace my 2007 King Cab that was totaled after it was struck by lightning. I called Nissan USA today to ask when the 2017 King Cabs would be available and the guy I spoke to kept trying to insist that the Single Cab was the replacement for the King Cab. I asked if he ever read their own press releases. Nothing I said could convince him that he was speaking out of his a$$.

So I still don't know when the King Cabs will be available. Anyone know?

In case anyone else is interested, I found the email address for a Fred Diaz at NissanUSA. He responded almost immediately to my inquiry and said:

"Our King Cab is a great rig and will start trickling into dealers in June with more inventory availability in July and August as we ramp up production. Your local dealer should soon have visibility to their incoming inventory of King Cabs."

I've been curious about this too. Although the Chicago auto show revealed the new king cab, there hasn't been any public information about a release period. For the longest the NissanUSA website said that it would be late spring. But now that same site says it will be in the summer. I'm curious why the delay and why not announce the King Cab as 2018 model?
