The survey is important because it shows Nissan how the dealer is doing in the eyes of the consumer . If I have a bad experience at the dealership I try taking care of it with them but if not the I am honest on the survey and explain what happened . I am very lucky and have a service department that does great work .

I have set fire to a dealer survey before. If they treat me like **** they're going to get a ****ty survey, that's all there is to it. I have also given them 10's across the board. When I bought my first 04 I gave the dealer great marks - the salesman (really, sales kid) was good and they did everything they said, truck was great, experience was great.
