So I have a 2010 Titan. It has just recently been cold enough to turn on the heater this year, when I realized my heater was not working properly I took it in to be serviced. My dealership told me they suspected it was an actuator problem. Nissan will fix this problem for free under 72K. So Nissan realizes that there is a problem with this actuator. I have been a loyal Nissan customer for 12 years (owning 5 different Nissans)...
I now have 75K on my Titan.
I really hope Nissan fixes the actuator problem (since they know this is a faulty product). I'll keep everyone updated..
Any suggestions?

I'm not sure what your question is, but the blend door or anything to do with the heating system would be covered only under your 3yr/36K mile warranty, unless you have bought some extended warranties. If you are thousands of miles over your warranty, I wouldn't expect them to do much as far as "free" is concerned.

I went to nissan with my extended warranty and they had to call the warranty company to verify if it was covered and they said no I'm at 61000 miles
It's a voluntary recall (PC090) I believe, so not a "warranty" item per-say.
