Nissan Titan NO EXHAUST Videos!!!!

Man oh man, I never thought the Titan would sound as sweet as it did today. I took my Banks off to install my JBA, and I decided to go drive around with no exhaust on for a little bit. I was soo tempted to keep it with no exhaust because it sounded so sweet, but I went ahead and put the JBA on. Here are videos of the Titan with NO EXHAUST!!!

lol I did that a couple months ago when I put my 07 exhaust on. I drove right by a cop after I took the muffler off. I thought for sure I would get a ticket, but he didn't seem to notice

Those videos don't do justice to how loud it actually is!

That sounds nice and loud!

On a side note,In your 2nd vid I noticed your a 2wd with secondary cats.
I've always heard 2wd's came with resonators and the 4x's came with the rear cats.
Ever heard anything about this?

haha...he did set off a car alarm. ive done that a few times in parkin garages at school, but never out on the open street.

thats freakin sweet though, too bad its illegal.

Plenty safe for the truck..Not safe for the environment though. You lose low-end torque though with it off. I could still burn rubber without the exhaust though. I got my JBA exhaust on now. I love it.

yea, 04-06 2wd has 2 cats, and 2 resos. 04-06 4wd has 2 regular cats and 2 secondary cats. 07-08 I believe 2wd and 4wd have 2 regular cats and 2 secondary cats.

Yea,thats why I thought it was odd that your 04-06 2wd truck
has secondary cats and not resos.

It's my understanding that the ones on my truck are resonators, not cats.

4wd are secondary cats. But there is no 02 sensor downstream of them, so they can be removed or 'modified' without tripping a light.

The first pic are of factory resos on a 4x2
The 2nd pic are of factory secondary cats on a 4x4

Sorry I just find it interesting that your truck and my truck are the only 4x2's that I've ever seen
with the secondary cats in place.

I searched and found this pic of your exhaust you posted when you reinstalled the factory Y-pipe with a Banks muffler back in May, after your Volant setup.
You clearly have secondary cats.
I apologize for jacking this thread around,and If im "hammering" you on this
