Would anyone know what the noise like a pump or fan motor running is that begins when my ignition is turned on without starting the engine last about 5 sec then stops and also comes on as soon as engine is turned off

Possibly the vent for your air system opening and closing. Just sounds like a motor whirring for a couple seconds then shuts off. It's so your vents aren't open to the outside 24/7. Also, posting the same question 4 different times doesn't help get you coherent answers.
