Since you have multiple threads with the same question I'll say it again here. It's most likely the vents opening/closing. This happens so your vents aren't open to the outside while the truck is turned off. My 2008 has done it since day 1, it's just loud enough when I turn it on that I don't hear them opening.
Noise
Could someone tell me what the noise I hear when I turn on my ignition switch without starting my truck is it's gotten louder also hear it when I turn engine off but I don't hear it running
