Pretty positive the way the coolant system on our titans are that they will push fluid out of the radiator cap w/ engine running. Surely someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
As recommended fill your overflow to mark and pull your truck on a decent angle turn the heat on max and defrost with the cap on the overflow cracked a little and then tighten and you should be good to go.
Is it using coolant, oil look suspect or throwing smoke?
