Hi y'all. First time poster so I apologize if this is the wrong place for this question.

I just bought a used 2012 Titan SV from a dealership who certified it for 3 months. The carfax report says that the transmission mount was broken and replaced recently. When I am on the freeway, it feels like it is not shifting into 5th gear. When I let off the accelerator it instantly pulls back like it is stuck in 4th. Could the broken transmission mount have caused other issues? Just trying to get some reference for when I take it in to the dealer.

Column or console shifter?

Things I'd look at before taking it in:
From a standing start, up to 55mph, how many times does the truck shift?
What RPM are you running at 70mph? And what's your gear ratio (read it off of the sticker on the rear different snout)?
Can you set it to manual shift mode and go through all five gears?
Have you checked it for codes? Is the Check Engine light on?

Sometimes mine shifts into fifth so smoothly most people wouldn't even notice.
A good quality scan tool would be handy for figuring this out.
