Ya'll are totally misunderstanding me.... I didn't buy my car to race.....
This was my first race against any car/truck........ and it was a guy in a nissan truck... N-I-S-S-A-N........ that beat me.......... that is what is killing me.......... I definitely thought my lade could've torn up his titan.... I was just wrong.......

They say Nissan as a bad thing. I guess they think buying an cadillac escalade is something more brand worthy and more superior.

All they say is "get a super charger" etc. etc.

I would be more scared to a minivan. I once had a crazy soccer mom type try to pass me up at 40. I had that "lag" in acceleration and she almost caught up. Got me scared for a moment.

BTW. the Titan's are very very close to the SS. Is the SS supercharged or something or is it just 6.0L?

What is funny is when you read down some guys says "tell him to get a pathfinder or QX56". I bet a QX or Amrada would blow him away as well.

Motortrend cloked a 6.8sec 0 to 60 run on the qx56! Most armada reviews seem to pull anywhere from 7.5 to as low as 7 flat for the armada 0 to 60 run.

I was having one hell of a good day until that junk happended..... now i was planning on getting a supercharger, but this is ridiculous..... I would need a supercharged car to beat a stock TITAN.....

The guy swore up and down it was stock.... but now i need to know the truth......... are the 6.0L 345hp a bunch of hype.... I know that somebody knows the truth.........

Now he's comparing it to a pick-up truck. Well the RAM HEMI is faster, the Titan (as we already know) is too. 345 HP isn't going to do it against the Titan. Just ask anyone driving the HEMI. I have a feeling that was a TROLL posting on the Caddy website.

Coulda been a troll. Another possibility is he's someone with money and no street smarts. Ever see Dawn Of The Dead 1979? oh boy, what's gonna happen when that guy goes and buys a supercharger for his escalade and runs into another titan but with a twin-screw supercharger and gets a beating of the week again. the guy might just take his escalade and trade it in for an Armada, at least it be his wisest decision after forking all those duckets for that glorified tahoe...

That was rather comical, I've yet to race anything worth the gas to race. I've had fart can cars try to run with the Titan........yeah right, or a Chevy 1500 with a 350, um, no contest. Nobody messes with the Titans in Fairbanks it seems.

Course a friend of mine has a stock Hemi Ram 1500 CC, he wants to race, he says he can beat me without even trying. Like I told my hubby "he's just talking smack". I'll race him if he wants, but I sure hate to hurt his male pride.........he's not only going to get beaten by a Titan, but by a Titan driven by a woman!!!

 

I wonder what that guy with the 550 crank hp supercharger runs in the 1/4 mile? anyone ask?
