I just picked up my new to me Titan a couple of weeks ago. Great ride so far, but I'm having an issue with the aux jack. Whenever I plug a cable into it the hazard lights start flashing and the aux doesn't play anything. Tried different cables and they all do the same thing. The weird thing is that the hazard lights themselves don't work when you push the button. The turn signals work fine, though. Has anyone ever run into this before?

So I popped off the faceplate and took a look behind and everything looks stock back there. I unplugged the aux connector and plugged it back in. I was going to take the whole thing off and mess with it, but I couldn't get two of the middle connectors to come out. When I plugged everything back and tried the aux the hazards didnt flash anymore but it shorted out my phone and made it restart. I actually tried two phones and both were shorted out and reset. I have a feeling 12 volts is making its way into that connector somehow but I didn't have time to dig too far.

Sorry I should have posted before. Yes as someone said earlier the connectors were crossed. The aux and the hazard connections behind the panel are the exact same size so that's what it turned out to be.
