by my memory the touch screen radios in armadas have a separate screen and silver box portion. the CD mech is lower than the screen, below the big controller knob. I don't think that will fit in a 2012 titan bezel.
what does you 2012 radio look like? as I recall that year has a single bezel that comes down around the hvac controls. if that's not right and you have a bezel that has an opening for their rectangular radio (tall as 2DIN but wider), then yes, it should be possible.
the basic functions would work. the devil would be the details. Audio EQ might not sound right. steering wheel controls may not map correctly.etc...
