OEM Radio Options?

Hey all, I was wondering if it is possible to take a factory touchscreen radio out of a different year titan or possibly an aramada, and put it in my titan sv (2012). I was hoping it would just be a simple swap out instead of getting a new harness and bezel. Thanks in advance, Trevor

I don't know if all, but I think the touch screens are Rockford with a separate amp. For instance my Rockford touch screen in mine only has low level outputs, the amp takes care of the high level outputs. So in theory you would have to purchase the amp and wire it in as well. I agree with what was stated above, go aftermarket. In 2013 they changed to a single plug.
There a few posts on here you can look through, but the blue tooth will probably come in the aftermarket deck rendering the vehicles useless. The steering wheel controls can be hooked up with an adapter from PAC audio, or similar equipment. I've heard varying results of full functionality.
