Is there a place to find OEM radio part numbers to see which ones are compatible with one another?

Hey all, I was wondering if it is possible to take a factory touchscreen radio out of a different year titan or possibly an aramada, and put it in my titan sv (2012). I was hoping it would just be a simple swap out instead of getting a new harness and bezel. Thanks in advance, Trevor
