My Pro4X has almost 7200 miles on odometer now. Thinking ahead to next service visit. Think I'm going to go with Mobile One Synthetic. But don't know which Filter I want to go with.

Would like to know what oil & Filter everyone uses?

thanks.

I use the M1 Extended Performance filter along with the M1 Extended Performance oil. It costs a little more than the standard M1 oil, but it lasts me around 10,000 miles.

Mobil 1 extended life oil filter Part# M-110.
Times 2 on that one.
^^^I use the same filter
I like M1, Bosch, and Purolator Pure 1.

But I've switched from M1 oil to Valvoline Super Syn.
Been running M1 and Fram almost all of the 120K i have put on my 04.
Times 2 on that one.

M1-110 is a great filter with a really strong anti drain back valve.

Keep an eye out for sales at autozone, oreily, etc...they will run the 5qts and M1 filter for about $30 and you can stock up.

Also FWIW, I got a stash of Royal Purple oil filters (at a discount) and they are mucho heavy and do as good or better than the M1, but the price reflects it.

Mobil 1 and K & N Filter
Pennzoil Ultra 5W30 and K&N Filter part# HP-1010
Until warranty is up Bulk dealer oil & OEM filter for $30 = no issues with nissan.
Walmart Synthetic 5w30 with their Supertech filter ever 5k miles. Had good results with M1 EP 5w30 and the M1 EP filter every 10k miles in my GMC Canyon, but everything I read on here says Nissan's don't like extended drain intervals and are prone to sludge issues. Thus, Wally-world every 5k it is for me.
Use Mobil 1 and Nissan OEM filter since first oil change. Change oil and filter every 3,750 miles...Now at 97,000 miles. Yeah, I know...that's probably excessive but it's cheap insurance, I feel.
Mobile 1 and Stock Nissan Filter. The parts guy at my dealership always gives me a "buy two filters get one free deal", hard to pass that up!
been using the larger corvette style filters for 5 years, m-110 i believe or the purolator version of the same filter depending where i get it from, and amsoil
I think I'm going with Mobile1 5W-30 & Mobile1 Extended Performance Oil Filter M-110

Changing every 4k so don't see a need to go with the Mobile1 Extended Performance Oil.

Briefly considered the Mobile1 Advance Fuel Economy Oil... anyone use that?

thanks.
our race shop sends up constant updates on oil and its CHANGING formulas...mobile 1 is dropping its formulas constantly for a more affordable version...any oil you can buy at an advance,orielly,autozone...etc....at a dicount is a warning to stay away....our recent info shows the engine builders running the nissan GT and mercedes cars use pennzoil ULTRA and Motul 0-40..they also said the m1-110 filters were actually pretty good. Did you guys know a brand new ferrari comes with pennzoil ULTRA in the engine! i also change my oil every 3000 because i drive my truck hard.....my last truck..a 2008 titan got mobile 1 oil and filter and the oil was very dirty even at 3000 mile changes...so this new truck i use the pennsoil Ultra and what a difference! hope this helps
Now I'm thinkin Penzoil. Maybe even Ultra eventhough I know some will say overkill. I got a few days to think about it.
