if you plan on living in the back of the truck you may want to find a way to run a fan in it, it's smoking hot in Miami.

LOL I'm not living in the back of my truck in Miami, I'll have a house down there. But I think I landed this contract job on the western slop of CO at $30-40 an hour for 5-6 months full time (plus plenty of OT I'm sure!)..that's why I was looking for a camper.

Cool, stay there as long as you can and if you have to rent later it will be cheaper because housing prices will be in the toilet and they can't stop it, only slow it down.

I would be surprised if my hose is ever close to the top value in the foreseeable future and right now it will likely bring just over 100,000 after topping out at 240,000, it's bad and gonna get worse before it levels out.

No I'm still moving. The contract job is only 5/6 months long. and at 30-40 an hour, great mountain views, new truck, and offroad trails from the bottom of the mountain to the top at the site, how could I pass it up! It'll be a long camping trip that's for sure. Then after that job is done, I will have made about 35-50k in 5 or so months to sit back and relax until the next best thing comes up!
