the wind noise might be coming from your mirrows, also you can adjust the door striker inward, so the door fits tighter.
Mine has this too. This an the creaking dash are my big two issues with the truck.

Here is $2.00 fix you might want to try. Take a 8 1/2 inch piece of 1/2 inch poly foam backer rod and tuck it behind the lip in the window channel in the top upper rear of the window. Window must be down. I did both driver and passenger side and it almost completely done away with the wind noise.

Good idea.
?... did you have to cut the seal to slide in the foam?

No cutting involved. Just tuck the foam in behind the window channel. About 2 minutes to do it. You do not have to remove anything. The foam just helps the rubber on the window channel to press against the glass and also helps fill in the upper corner where I believe the wind noise comes from. $2.00 for the foam, that's it. Had it in for about a month now and seems to work great. Cannot be seen once installed.
Dear Herbpov,

Thank you very much for the tip. I will try to do this as well. Where did you buy the foam backer rod? I went to the local Home Depot today, and they didn't have any. I went to Lowe's, and they had a very similar product, but the labeling said something like "do not expose to moisture for a long time." The one you bought says moisture resistant. The foam may not get wet much, but just in case. I'm hoping that I can insert the foam without removing the in-channel wind deflector, but I probably will have to. I'm thinking about inserting the foam not just in the rear corners but extend it to the front of the window as well.

Regards,

Masa

I bought mine at a home improvement place called Menards. The foam should not get wet at all. There is recessed area in the window channel in the upper corner that the foam sets in just right. If you try and go all the way to the front of the window it might be pretty tight fit. An 8 1/2 inch piece fits just right in the corner of the window. I got about 18 ft left , so if some one is having trouble finding it I could mail some to them. And I can always get more.

Just wondering if anyone else has tried this and had any success with it. Mine still seems to be working fine.
If you're having any trouble with wind noise give this a try
Herbpov,

Were you experiencing the "sucking" sound when driving in winding conditions or just regular wind noise. It seems to me that my issue is the door flexing, not wind passing through the glass/seal.

I was just getting a wind noise by my left ear. It was coming from the upper rear corner of the window.
I have the same problem. The last month there have been high wind gusts in central Texas, especially after yesterday's cold front and driving from Houston to Austin all I could hear was the wind creeping in through the door seal. If I pushed on the window it got worse. The wind gusts were strong enough to blow the truck around the highway through my whole trip. Just to clarify, I'm only talking about how the cab handles wind gusts, not constant wind noise. When the wind blows hard enough to move the truck, the doors allow air to creep in and you can hear the noise of the air rushing.

Seems like the truck cab is not sealed very well. I have a KC and it seemed like it had something to do with the play between the back and front door since they are connected together. Kind of dissappointing but luckily it doesn't get like that very often here in central Texas that we get wind gusts like that.
I'm having the same problem and I have a 05 KC Titan. Is this covered under warrenty?

This is the perfect fix for Titans and Armadas everywhere. Soon enough, everyone will have it.
mine does it.... only on the passenger side front door at high speeds on windy days

yup happend on my way home from my recent vacation, but that was the least of my worries. The high winds kicked up a major sand storm......the end result.....cracked windsheild, broken fog light, scratched hood and fender. :(
