If you bought it used and have a full Osiris package, when Tuner gets released to retail there will be an upgrade for $200 available.

If someone sells their truck they can unlicense the vehicle and flash it back to stock. Then they can sell the system. It used to be rather cumbersome, so we stopped doing that for the time being. There will be an update coming shortly that will allow the system to do it automagically.

Unlimited eTunes was changed back in May to 3 free. We had to change that or go bankrupt. Most customers don't even send back logs to get a first eTune. But there were a number of customers that were on their 10+ eTune. That costs us a fortune, figure it takes between an hour to three hours for each eTune. One person of the three that work here full time was doing nothing but that and nothing was getting accomplished. We offloaded eTunes on to a trusted tuner and we now pay for each and every eTune so that we can do things like release 2.0, and build support for the 08 Titan.

We still offer 3, and we offer eTunes after the 3 free for $50ea. Far cheaper than any tuner will charge you, and it allows you to forever change the configuration of your setup.
