..wonder what would happen if he was doing 140 and rolled down both side windows......
either way, it's impressive that he can hit 140 with the Titan. We can all agree on that. However the fact he did it on a roadway with other cars (which I didn't notice at first, didnt watch all the videos) is pretty tarded. However clearly no one got hurt so no need to get too bent out of shape about it lol.

This is the fastest I've gone, and it was for about 2 hours in that speed range. Good enough for me!! Now I don't think I'll ever go faster than 100mph. Dreamed it. Tried it. Moved on.

And while I was going through my photos I noticed this picture..uhh didn't really think I was going that fast but clearly i was!!

That is not 140. His speedo is not calibrated. I'd bet my truck on it. Vid three at the end. The car he is about to run into the back of sure isn't coming fast enough to be 140+. Not to mention his 0-60 is insane.

I use to have an IS300 that was supercharged and it would get to 140 pretty easily. I've driven that car at that speed for miles in the desert, and raced at those speeds. That is hardly 140.

Stock Tune is speed limited to about 112 MPH. 140 is possible and has been done by a couple guys IIRC. Takes about 375-400 Crank HP to push a Titan that speed. Go to Wallace Racing-Drag Racing Pontiac powered Firebirds,Trans Ams and Dragsters for a wide variety of calculators to determine what is possible, given the variables of Weight, Drag Co-efficient, Frontal Area. Numbers were available here a couple years ago. I hope no one ever does run this on a open highway though.
I don't think it takes that much hp. I've been a little past 130 and still had more left.

All I had to run 132 was bullydog and exhaust. I also have non big tow gears. I was at that speed at a little over 4000 rpm, so I assume 140 was possible.

Thanks. I one day will get my 96 TT, auto w/ HKS ALC II and Hard pipes, Dupree split down pipes, Stillen Catback, JWT CAI to that level, but it is not going to make it. Perhaps future upgrades w/ Greedy or Z1 Intercoolers and updated larger ball-bearing turbos, waste gates/blow-off values and slightly larger injectors might get it closer. Hopefully, any breakthroughs of the OBD-II code with allow ECU upgrades will make the greatest boost in HP...LOL:redblob"

Any suggestions or dream inputs would be appreciated as long as reliability and drivability is kept intact:read:

ha sorry i forgot it had a hks boost controler too. but that was on low boost. i found hi boost only got me there faster but not any overall greater speed. at 160 it really slows down pullin due to the motor and turbo's not bein able to push enough air. fifth gear 5500 rpm it wasnt wanting anymore. i hear the auto's a drag on those cars bad. but i have never driven one only bought the two sticks for the fun factor lol. i will own another one. i love the fairladies! also if you havent deleted the hikas do so. let me tell ya doin 120 around a corner and all the sudden it kicks in and wants to turn the rear is a little hair raisin the corvette your runnin in within an inch of your mirror.

sorry to highjack the thread, but hey its nissan lol.

hhmmmm....wonder what would happen if we met on the highway...top speeds scare me though, i like the zero to 60ish acceleration feel myself... vid of mine.. I have a racing seat so the belt doesn't have a sensor (in case you thought I wasn't wearing one)...done on a desolate road with no cars seen for miles, was testing a mod I did...
