Do these consist of front and back? The part # you show is only front, and does the back mat differ depending on whether or not you have a truck with a storage box that goes under the back seat?

The back is included in the set. It is a one piece mat. I had this set in my Platinum, which does have the storage box. I see you are close by. You are welcome to come take a look at them and see how they fit. I'll PM you my cel.
