Here picture of problem side
pass side rear axle seal gone bad
pass side rear axle seal gone bad having dealer repair next week-im paying for the job- but question is, should i have the dealer replace both sides or only side that is leaking? thanks for any help or information

I would install a vent kit if you have not already. My passenger side axle had a leak so I installed an axle vent replacing the nissan check valve. I changed the oil in the differential at the same time and it has not leaked since. If you're paying out of pocket I would only do the driver side if it is leaking.
