I'm sure I'm not the only person that's had this problem. When i use the right blinker, indicator flashes fast but the lights do not flash. The lights are good and fuses are good. As far as i can tell the relay is good as well. When I turn the Hazard lights on, left side works normal, but right side still doesn't flash. Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Look to see if your wiring harness is melted above the axle. Your exhaust takes a bend there and is known to rot out and blow hot exhaust fumes on the wiring harness and melt it.

For an update, i checked the wire harness near the exhaust pipe, no issues found. I used a test light to double check power and ground at the light sockets and all of a sudden the blinker worked for 2 days. then just stopped once again. Does anyone have a picture highlighting the right fuse, relay or fusible link, or any other possible solutions.
