There are a couple of bowden cables and cooperating detents to hold the cable ends inside the door for the latch & lock mechanisms. They can become disengaged or broken, particularly when doing speaker installs.
Passenger Door
I have a 06 CC and my passenger door will not open from the inside it opens from the outside though, I checked for safety locks but found none, not sure if i am missing something or not any help would be great.

There is a safety (child) lock switch in the end of the door. You might have hit it by accident. Look again.
