I've read through a lot of the posts and think I will be ok with the set up I want, but would like people's first hand experiences. I'm going with 6 inch pro comp lift and 35X12.5r20 master craft mxt that only weigh 64lbs. I have 275/60/20 on the truck now that weigh 55 lbs and it doesn't seem to have affected the performance at all. After lift I plan on getting intake and bully dog tuner, already have borla muffler swap. My question is will the truck still have plenty of get up and go with the light 35's and performance mods listed above. Truck is 2014 pro 4X

you can see from my sig my suspension setup and tires and at first i was worried about how much slower it was going to be and if i would have to regear right away. but actually i didn't feel a loss in power at all. if anything i felt a bigger improvement from the line after installing the CJD Traction bars.

I had that same set up for about a month. 6" Pro Comp lift and 35x12.50x20 Mastercraft tires. Plenty of power still but I ended up changing out the tires to Toyo AT2's. I didn't care for the ride from the m/t tires. Loud and no one seemed able to really balance them for a smooth highway ride. They are a little heavier but i haven't felt a noticeable difference.

2014 Pro4x with Airraid MXP and Bully Dog GT, stock exhaust for now.

So even with the toyo at2 you don't notice a huge difference, I know those tires weigh almost 80lbs so they are not light. Did the master craft not handle well on the highway or were they just too loud?

They were new when I bought the truck and the steering wheel shook right off the bat. Plus it was way out of alignment. Had it aligned and balanced and it helped but it just wasn't good enough for the amount of time I spend driving. Yes, they def. have some roar due to the tread design but its not awful. Plus I was rubbing some and didn't want to start cutting the pinch weld. I originally had the Nitto Ridge Grapplers installed (11.5 width vs. 12.5) and it was only a minor improvement. Very hard compound and I could feel every bump. Plus they just looked wimpy compared to the 12.5 width. So swapped them for the Toyo's (back to 12.5 and still rubs a little). I'm not out racing it from light to light but do not notice any big difference in the weight.

Thanks for the info, did your truck come with the tuner and intake or did you add them?

Well I lifted my truck and went with mastercraft 35's. Can feel a small loss of performance but plan on getting bully dog gt, airraid mxp and reaper mod. I hope these performance upgrades will make up for the loss

Do yourself a favor, just purchase UpRev and skip the BDGt

Do you have a pic of your truck with the toyo tires on it ?
Sorry I missed this post a while back. Here is a fairly recent pic or two.

I also have a AirRaid MXP, JBA Exhaust and a BullyDog GT. Maybe I'm just used to it but I'm not sure it helps too much on a lifted truck with big azz tires. Sounds good though!

New lights and LED's

Installed my new Halo headlights and put LED low beam lights, gotta order high beam next, LED turn signals and side markers are LED. These bad boys are bright!! I put a diode on the turn signals so they wouldn't flash fast. Here's a few pictures

Which headlights are those? They're nice. Have you used them at night yet? How do they compare to your stockers? Cost?

Also, I got Uprev a month or so ago, so I debonded my BDGT. If you haven't already bought one, I'd be willing to sell it, hadn't really thought about it - was going to keep it for the trans temp feature - but I don't really use it much.

Yeah I believe they are Spyder. They are definitely a lot brighter than stock. I'm looking to get UPREV next because with the new exhaust, it hesitates really bad on acceleration and service engine light is on. But thank you anyway and I apologize for posting this to the 35's forum. Haven't used this much
