As it says I'm considering a 4 inch lift I'm curious how that would look with stock 18s

You mean stock 18" tires? I'm afraid the 275/70R18s will look a little small and certainly narrow with that lift. If you go to 4", consider a wider tire (305/65R18 or 325/60R18) if you want to stay at 33", or consider going up to a 34" tire and going 305-325 wide.

with a 4" lift you could easily run 325/65R18's or 35x12.5's on those stock 18's. IMO it'd look best with 1.25" or 1.5 adaptors on those wheels to push the tires out a bit.

this just gives you an idea of a 4" lift on 18's but you didn't specify model so whatev's!
