It takes some big kahones to cut a hole in the side of your truck. Nice work.:D
yeah .. i told the wife i was getting fender vents .. she said okay
then i said i had to get some blades .. she was like for what... .. i told her i had to cut the shape out and she was like WTF .. you diddnt tell me that ... she freaked out but i told her it would be okay( but diddnt know for sure ..lol.)

ooohhh nice photshaopage there .... how hoard is it to debadge .. anytips .. not sure if im gonna do it but just in case
Fishing line works very well to remove the badge and most of the adhesive. I am not sure how mineral spirits or goof off react to clear coat, but both would be great for removing the remaining adhesive.:dunno: It may not be a bad idea to apply some wax when you are finished.

I agree with Blavis, pull the engine decals off of the side. Right now they distract from the vents you installed.

The one thing that I liked so much about our trucks was the distinctive look.

I look at that, and all I see is some krager, Pep boys, auto zone, chrome junkie on crack fukcing up a beautiful Titan.

hope you didn't use a Jig or Sawzall on your truck?

Being in the HVAC trade, metal fab is one of my specialties.

Ahwell to each his own, beautiful truck otherwise ;)

Destinked? What? You run over a skunk, too? :fart:

 It definitely is noticeable. I could go either way with it... But I have to agree with T-Bone.... Some big kahunes to cut up your fender!

I mean, where does the water go when you hose it down? Just runs down the inside of the fender? Anything in there to catch debris or water and cause you rusting problems down the road?

inside the fender /... i already buttoned her all up... and washed her ... maybe when she gets dirty again i will see if i can take some shots but not today ... heck then we can see where the water goes .. i cant imagine that it is water/air tight at the bottom of the fender /wheel well ... the water will probably just drip out ... imo... and no you cannot see em from inside the engine bay but there are some holes that you can see if you look at the pics with the blue tape around the cut out ... i have no clue where they go but in one of the holes there was a what seemed to look like a HOSE or tube of some sort ( not visible in the pics).. idk what it is for ...
