On the way to the dealership it stalled out in heavy traffic. 70 min for the tow truck to arrive. 5 cops drove by and not one stopped. ( I have some pictures of this also) So now The dealer think it may be related to the fuel pump relay. I guess we can rule out the ECU since the new one they replaced has only 40 miles on it. What can you do? Good thing Elk season starts this weekend. I'll just ride my ATV all the way. LOL
Hope they fix it right this time. At least it was a sunny day or you'd have had to wait in the rain for a tow.opiate said:Pic. of my "Great" truck. Im not allowed to call it a POS on this forum.

65K now.
I baby it, full synthetic, K&N, new tires. New rear window. (ATV accident.)
Up until now its been little things. Brakes, axle seal, power windows. radio etc. It took nissan time to figure out the brake issues, cheap fixes until they increased the thickness of the rotors. I hope now it's not major issues. ECU, Fuel pump, cats, 02, rear end. All the thing I've had done or wrong with the truck I see others with the same issues. My buddy also has an 04 we have both had all the same problems. I hope his doesn't exhibit the same stalling problem that I have. He has about 12K till he reaches my mileage I'm betting his will. Too bad because I love driving this truck.
Dude... I have that list topped by a long shot and I'm living real well. Problem is my truck isn't.redneckpapa1996 said:You guys must not be living right or something....Seems extreme to me....:lookaroun
My Titan did the same thing last week had to have it towed 30 miles to the Stealership. Turned out to be the Fuel pump and the IMCB which is part of the ECM. Dealer toke good care of me Titan has 54k on it the Fuel pump was covered under the 5 year 60k warranty the IMCB was not they dropped the price on the IMCB from 320 to 99. Covered the tow as well.opiate said:Bought it new in May of 04

i was having fuel pump problems between 17k and 20k. had mine shutdown 4 times on either a main road, highway at high speeds, etc. now sure i was frustrated, but never once said, my truck is a POS. hell, got me out of having to go to work a few times. btw, they fuel pump is made by Bosch, same company that was supplying the brake components for the titan. obviously the German company needs to improve their shat!zoegrandpa said:I wonder how many folks are having fuel pump problems after 50k?
It is a dream and you will wake up in Titan heaven where all things are made perfect. All the bad things that happens to some of us is because we are bad boys and therefore we are punished by the Titan Gods.opiate said:Pic. of my "Great" truck. Im not allowed to call it a POS on this forum.
