Performance mods? Hmmmmm.. You should start with the 2° timing advance. It's either free or relatively inexpensive. Many Titan owners who own Cipher or Osiris do it for other members or you can ask your dealer to do it for you. Here's a thread where members who can do it list where they are located:
http://www.titantalk.com/forums/tit...ky-who-can-give-2-degree-timing-advances.html
Here are the instructions for a dealer to do it:
Warm up vehicle.
On CONSULT 2 screen choose ENGINE
After communication with Convertor will display a bunch of choices.
Press WORK SUPPORT
See more choices, press TARGET IGN TIMING
Press UP x2 for 2 degrees, correction which you should be able to see.
Press UPDATE.
Now press BACK
On the menu screen find IDLE AIR VOL LEARN.
Press, and perform to correct your idle since you just raised it 75rpm with timing advance.
Next would probably be the CAI. There are dozens starting in the $60 range up to $400. Many to choose from. Check out this thread:
http://www.titantalk.com/forums/tit...tions/30324-air-intake-systems-list-poll.html
Injen is a really nice one. Many like the Volant since it's a closed top system. Others like AEM Brute Force or Nismo. Note that the oiled ones can cause issues with your MAF sensor if overoiled.
Third would be an exhaust. Again, dozens to choose from:
http://www.titantalk.com/forums/tit...s/29965-exhaust-systems-sound-clips-list.html
Banks is very popular on this truck but the JBA Evol gives the best performance of the various units. Volant also has an eshaust as does Nismo, Flowmaster, Magnaflow, etc. It all depends on your wallet and the sound you want.
Some put TB (throttle body) spacers on to try to get better airflow into the engine. Some say they work, others, :dunno:
Another relatively cheap perf mod is the throttle body bypass. The TB bypass eliminates coolant from flowing through the TB. Warming TB temps in winter improves performance. Eliminate hot coolant through the TB in the summer should = more HP. It's not much, but it helps.
More advanced, and expensive performance mods would be the Stillen VK-Pro which is a piggyback performance chip that you install. It's around $700. Or you could get UpRev to tune your truck by sending them your ECU and they will remap the settigns for better performance per your specifications. Or you could buy their Osiris package which gives you the ability to not only get it tuned by them but update your tune as you add mods. That will set you back $700 too. A Stillen supercharger costs around $7000 and a Vortech is around $5000.
Here's another thread to read that summarizes many of the various mods and typical questions about this truck.

Hope this helps. Also, what's your budget? That might narrow down the mods a bit.
