I went to start my truck and it wont turn over it clicks and the dash lights all flash and the speedometer starts shaking like crazy... Its not the battery, I got a new one and does the same thing. I have also tried jumping it. Nothing is working... the little red light with the key on it flashes but when I put the key in the ignition and turn it on the red light stays on... can some one point me in the right direction please

I'd start with the small, simple things like the battery and ground connections. Are they clean and in good shape? If that doesn't work, check the electrical connections of the starter itself and see if that's the source of your problems.

This has happened to me countless times since I've had my titan. It has ALWAYS been a contact issue with the negative battery terminal. Either the clamp was shot, the cable was loose on the clamp, corrosion issue, post was worn down small, or simply, the clamp was loose. Hope that helps.

I've had this same problem too. After freaking out a bit and assuming the very worst, I decided to check the connection between the battery and the cables, turns out the positive was loose. After tightening the cables the truck started up great!
+1 on checking the basics first! Check and double check, most often it's a simple solution. Good luck!
