Do you mean power folding mirrors or power adjusting mirrors?

Power adjusting
Yes, they are wired the same. But you'll need different mounting brackets for the big tow mirrors.

It will be prewired make sure you get mirrors with the 6 pin connector and not the 16 pin connector. The 16 pin is for the LE trim.

The only options available on the 6 pin connected mirrors are power tilt and Heat. If you are looking at a mirror that has any other option on it such as Puddle light, signal, auto dim or power fold (only available on the non tow mirror) it will definitely have the 16 pin connector.

All mirrors from 2004 - 2015, big tow or regular use the same pin out on the connectors and also will physically be compatible with your truck. The only thing you gotta look out for is whether or not it has a 6 pin connector or a 16 pin.

Thank you, ill look into that.
The bigger question is why do you have to adjust them so much that's it's becoming a problem? Leave them alone then you won't feel the need to spend the money for new mirrors. I have to fold my drives side mirror in every night but never have to adjust the glass itself.
If you decide you just want regular ones, let me know. I have a set of SE power non big-tow mirrors sitting on my shelf that I'd sell pretty cheap, not brand new (they came off my truck when I put big tow on my truck). You need SE power mirrors either way, because the plug is different between SE and LE.
DO you currently have non power big tow mirrors?

I'd be willing to trade for my power Se non big tow mirrors.
From my understanding, the XE models are not prewired for electric mirrors. The SE models are. So you should, in theory, just have to plug the mirrors in and bolt them on. But, like a previous poster stated, make sure it is the six pin set up. I actually am going to be tackling a job similar to this in the next few weeks. My truck is the XE model. So I am going to either get a harness from an SE, or just run my own wires where needed. My plan is to have the electric adjustment for both the upper main mirror and the bottom wide angel mirror, and heat. Ill post how it goes after I get it done so everyone can see the process!
Currently my SE model does not have power mirrors, i let my friends borrow my truck alot so i get pretty annoyed to have to adjust it everytime manually. Plus i do alot of towing so i want power adjusting tow mirrors.
Update: so i removed the driver door panel and i did not see a extra plug there.
