Power Seats

hi guys, this is my first post here. i've been lurking around here and there though...lol. i have a 07 se cc with manual seats, i was wondering if it was possible to put in power seats? is it already prewired to hook up if i get some stock power seats for the titan or would i have to wire it all up myself? has anyone tried doing this? thanks
