I know this is an old subject but has anyone ever tried the Lucas Oil power steering stop leak in the power steering system. Says its compatible with all power steering fluids but I'm a little worried because we use Dexron III for power steering fluid. Any ideas or opinions?

I tried the Lucas Oil power steering stop leak and it only temporarily (2-3 days) stopped the leak at the pinion input shaft. I bought the Blue Devil power steering stop leak and it immediately fixed it. That was almost a year ago and about 9K miles since and not a single drop to date.

Thanks Primo. I work at an auto parts store and one of the guys I work with said the Lucas worked awesome for him. I was just more or tied about compatibility of the fluids. I'll give the Lucas a try since I already bought the bottle and if it doesn't work try to find the Blue Devil you mentioned. Where did you get that? I haven't heard of that brand before.

I bought the Blue Devil ps stop leak from AutoZone.
